Emergency crews were on the scene of a rollover crash involving a railroad maintenance truck on Wednesday afternoon. It happened shortly after 3:00 on Highway 190 East, between the Goodman Prison Unit and the Louisiana Pacific Mill. A crew of workmen were in the truck when it wrecked, but none of them appeared to have suffered any injuries other than just minor scratches and bruises. According to Texas Department of Public Safety Sergeant Shana Clark, the 2012 Ford F-350 was being driven westbound by 35-year-old Pedro Orellana, of Dallas, when the left-rear tire blew out. The truck went off the highway and then rolled over.
