The Texas Rangers have announced that they have arrested a Polk County Sheriff’s Department jailer following an investigation. A Thursday afternoon press release stated that the jailer, 25-year-old Charity Prince, is charged with Improper Sexual Activity with a Person in Custody, which is a second-degree felony. According to the information, the investigation began earlier this month at the request of the sheriff’s department.
