Jasper Police Lieutenant Garrett Foster said Tuesday that a seventh suspect who is being sought in regard to two recent shooting incidents in and around Jasper is still at-large. That person’s name has not been released pending arrest and arraignment. Jasper Police and Jasper County deputies say an April 23rd mass shooting at an after-prom party on County Road 263 and a shooting incident a short time later in the area of Bevil Loop Road and Valley Drive were connected. So far six males have been arrested and charged, and Foster says a seventh person is wanted, with even more arrests possible. Eleven teenagers, ranging in age from 15 to 19, were shot at the party which was being held at a residence on County Road 263, just north of Jasper.
