JASPER COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - A pedestrian has been killed on a highway in Jasper County Tuesday night.
According to Sheriff Chuck Havard, the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Highway 62, just north of County Road 826 in south Jasper County. Havard said that Hwy 62 will be shut down for a while.
Havard said that DPS will be investigating the crash.
