MARSHALL, Texas - A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a train on Saturday near Timberbrook Road in Harrison County. Harrison County's Sheriff's Office responded to a call from Union Pacific that a pedestrian was hit after walking near the tracks. HCSO deputies and EMS found the body. Investigation is ongoing. The name of the victim is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
