One person is jailed, another person is hospitalized, and 271 marijuana plants have been seized in Angelina County. KTRE 9 News in Lufkin is reporting that it occurred during the noon hour on Monday about 3 miles southwest of the Lufkin city limits. According to the report, an EMS crew and Angelina County deputies responded when a 911 caller reported an unresponsive man, who was found on the ground next to some marijuana plants. After obtaining a search warrant, the report said deputies went into the house where they found the rest of the marijuana plants. Deputies arrested a woman at the scene for giving a false name. Meanwhile, the condition of the man is not known. The names of those involved have not yet been released.
