No injuries were reported following a late Wednesday afternoon auto accident near Lake Sam Rayburn. Firemen, police and other emergency crews were dispatched to the location on Farm to Market Road 1007 shortly before 5:00 when it was reported that a early model quad cab pickup truck had left the road and turned over just north of Recreational Road 255. No injuries resulted from the crash but sadly a dog who was apparently riding in the vehicle died. The Lake Rayburn Fire Department checked out the driver and assisted with traffic control. No fire resulted from the incident.
