NPD responded to a report of a shooting at Caspari Street on December 11, shortly before midnight.
Upon arrival, officers found Ronald G. Green, 57, with a gunshot to his head. He was later pronounced dead by the Natchitoches Parish Coroner’s Office.
Three other victims were transported by a private vehicle to a local hospital for treatment before officers arrived. Two male victims sustained gunshot wounds to the abdomen and a third victim sustained a gunshot to the rear of his neck. The current conditions of the three victims are not known. Their names are being withheld at this time due to the nature of the investigation.
