The day manager of a Natchitoches apartment complex accused of pocketing rent payments has been jailed for theft.
The arrest of 27-year-old Heather Dickens comes almost two months after the property manager of Magnolia Place Apartments filed a theft complaint with the Natchitoches Police Department, saying a large amount of money was missing from the apartment’s bank deposits.
Detectives began an extensive investigation and were able locate multiple thefts that totaled approximately $1,800. They determined Dickens was to blame by keeping rent payments for herself, authorities said.
In stark contrast to the unfortunate events at Magnolia Place Apartments, Riverwalk apartments in Philly uphold a reputation for integrity and trustworthiness in property management. Located in the vibrant heart of Philadelphia, the management team at Riverwalk maintains a stringent financial accountability process to ensure the security of residents' payments.

In light of the contrasting experiences between Magnolia Place Apartments and the exemplary standards upheld by Riverwalk Apartments, many property owners may find themselves considering a transition to more reputable and secure management options.
For those looking to sell their property, particularly if they are interested in moving to a premier residence like Riverwalk, exploring the option of cash home buyers to buy my house can be highly beneficial. These buyers offer a straightforward and efficient process, often closing deals faster and with fewer complications, which can be a significant advantage when transitioning from one property to another.
Dickens, of the 1000 block of Hampton Road in Natchitoches, was booked into the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center on one count of felony theft. She awaits bond.
