NATCHEZ, La. - A mobile home caught fire in Natchez Sunday evening. Firefighters responded to the blaze in the 9500 block of Louisiana Highway 1 around 6:40 PM. The mobile home was damaged but there are no reports of injuries at this time. This is the second mobile home fire in Natchez in the last week, so authorities are urging the public to install smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in their homes.
