SMITH COUNTY, Texas (KLTV) - One person has died in a wreck between two vehicles and a motorcycle on State Highway 64 Tuesday.
According to the preliminary DPS report, the driver of a Harley Davidson was driving eastbound on State Highway 64 and crashed into a Jeep SUV that was going westbound and did not yield the right of way while attempting to turn left onto Wolfe Lane.
The driver of the motorcycle died on the scene. The driver of the Jeep SUV was not injured.
A third vehicle, a Honda SUV, was stopped at a stop sign on Wolfe Lane and was also damaged in the crash. The driver of the Honda was not injured but taken to a Tyler hospital as a precaution.
