Polk County Today is reporting that a mother of three small children was killed in a Wednesday afternoon crash southeast of Livingston. Meanwhile, the children are undergoing hospital treatment for their injuries. The report said 30-year-old Ilcel Pacheco, of Livingston, was driving a 2004 Honda Odyssey van when she entered a curve too fast, the van went off the highway and landed upside-down in a creek bed. Pacheco was pronounced dead at the scene. One child was flown from the scene by medical helicopter to Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, while the other two were taken by ambulances to a Kingwood hospital.
