On Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at approximately 5:45 p.m., Many Police Department received a call of a shooting at Middle Creek Apartments. Upon officers arriving on the scene, it was found that a black male juvenile had been shot once in the face or neck area while on the trail between Apollo Plaza Apartments and Middle Creek Apartments. Further investigation revealed that 18 year old Javarious Manuel of 280 Robinson Street in Many was the shooter. Victim was transported to Sabine Medical Center where he was stabilized and air lifted to Shreveport in critical condition. Yesterday afternoon, Javarious Manual turned himself in to authorities.
