A man who was wanted in Jasper was recently arrested following a shots fired disturbance in Tyler County.
Tyler County Sheriff Bryan Weatherford says his deputies responded to Ivanhoe on April 21st where it was reported that Ivanhoe resident Jacob Snider, age 37, was causing a disturbance, firing shots with a handgun and then threatening a person inside the house with the gun.
Weatherford said Snider was charged with Class A Misdemeanor Theft for the warrant out of Jasper, and also Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon for the Ivanhoe incident. His bond was set at a combined total of $63,000.00.
