DESOTO PARISH, La. - A 21-year-old is wanted by the Desoto Parish Sheriff's Office and Bossier Police. Fredrick Miller was last seen on Sunday around 2 p.m. when he got into a high speed chase with Bossier police after a failed traffic stop. Officials say the chase ended in a crash near Highway 509 and Interstate 49 south. A juvenile was shot and treated with non-life-threatening injuries. Three suspects have been arrested but Miller managed to escape. Anyone with information is urged to call 911.
