Police in Port Arthur say the man who was critically in an auto accident involving a motorcycle he was driving and a car on Saturday evening has died. Police Chief Tim Duriso identified the victim as Louis Morales, 33, who died despite the effort of doctors to save him. Port Arthur Police say it happened at about on West Port Arthur Road when the motorcycle hit the driver side of a car.
