Mr. Perrin will be speaking about powerhouse weightlifting team and the inspirational figure of Walter Imahara, a three-time NCAA champion who was sent to a relocation camp during World War II. The documentary Ragin ’13 details the school’s amazing run of success at the national level, taking home eight championships between 1957 and 1971.
