Longview man accused of shooting woman twice in domestic disturbance

LONGVIEW, Texas (KLTV) - Longview police say that a woman was shot in a domestic disturbance on Monday night. According to police, at around 6:20 p.m. they were called to a shooting in the 300 block of Margo Street. When they arrived at the scene, they found a female victim who had been shot twice. She was taken to the hospital by Longview Fire EMS with non-life-threatening injuries. While investigating, detectives say they identified LaQualon Hale, 21, as a suspect. A warrant was issued for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon - family violence. He was found and arrested on Wednesday, July 10. He is being held without bond in the Gregg County Jail.
