BOSSIER PARISH, La. - A man's body was recovered from Ivan Lake in Bossier Parish Monday night. Ivan lake is located northeast of Benton, Louisiana. The body was recovered by marine patrol deputies after 8 p.m. Bossier Parish spokesperson Matt Gaydros tells KTBS it appears the swimmer suffered some type of medical emergency and drowned. The body has been turned over the coroner's office to determine the cause of death.
