Polk County Today is reporting that a Livingston man has been arrested and charged with a child sex crime. The report says Polk County deputies began investigating the case in early September, and on Tuesday, October 10th they arrested 36-year-old Jorge Luis Davalos. Davalos has been charged with one count of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, and his bond has been set at $75,000.00. At last word he remained in the Polk County Jail in Livingston.
