A Leesville man was arrested on March 27th after an alleged physical altercation. Cody Wayne Whatley, 44, of Leesville, was arrested and charged with one count of Domestic Abuse Battery.
The VPSO stated that the arrest stems from an incident where a physical altercation occurred between family members. No further details were given at this time.
As of this report, Bond has not been set and Whatley remains in the VPSO jail.
