The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) has issued a statement that US 171 Northbound, in Leesville, LA will be closed starting Monday, July 15, 2019 at midnight and reopen on Wednesday, July 16, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at the Kansas City Railroad underpass.
The roadway will be open Tuesday during non-working daytime hours and will be closed completely to all traffic for the duration of the night time work.
Traffic will be detoured using LA 8 westbound to LA 111 northbound to US 171 southbound back to Leesville, LA.
