The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Department in Lake Charles has fired and arrested one of their own deputies. Sheriff Tony Mancuso says Brian Dugas, 57, of Lake Charles, is charged with four counts of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile. During the investigation, Mancuso said detectives discovered that Dugas had multiple sexually inappropriate conversations with juveniles. Dugas had access to children for prior to his termination and arrest he was a school resource officer.
