SHEREVEPORT, La. - One person is dead following an early morning crash in southwest Caddo Parish. According to the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office it was a fatal hit and run incident west of Stonewall in the area of Highway 789 and Elaine Drive. The victim was hit twice by a suspect's vehicle and died at the scene. Authorities are still searching for that vehicle.
