TOOL, Texas (KLTV) - The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help to identify a drive-by shooting suspect.
In a Thursday release, the sheriff’s office, along with Henderson County Crime Stoppers, asked the public for help and cautioned them to stay vigilant after a drive-by shooting on the 300 block of Mary Joe Road in Tool shortly after midnight.
The release states deputies responded to the scene, but that the suspect or suspects fled before they arrived.
No injuries have been reported.
A white truck was seen in the area at the time of the shooting and investigators are asking anyone with any information about the shooting to contact them at 903-675-5128. Anonymous tips can be submitted Crime Stoppers at P3TIPS.com or 800-545-8477.
The sheriff’s office cautioned residents to “remain vigilant” and report any suspicious activity.
“Public safety remains a top priority, and additional patrols will be conducted in the surrounding neighborhoods,” the release said.
