GUN BARREL CITY, Texas (KLTV) - Gun Barrel City Police Department has shared a positive update Thursday night. They say that a missing teenager has been found safe and is home with his parents. No further details were given about Jacob Lotzer, 14, who had been missing since Wednesday night at 5:45. They said he was walking to Liberty Baptist Church, which is at 141 Manning Street but has not been seen since then.
