FORT POLK, La. (KALB) - Fort Polk has announced that a controlled detonation of over 250 pounds is scheduled on the ETF sometime between March 11-14 from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with weather permitting.
For safety reasons, Mill Creek Road between Range 16A and Range 15 will be closed for about 15 minutes during the detonation.
Fort Polk asks drivers to plan travel accordingly.
