A Tyler County fisherman was found dead over the weekend after a four-hour search. Texas Parks & Wildlife Game Warden Justin Eddins says the body of the 73-year-old man was found at about 1:oo Sunday morning, some i6 hours after he launched his boat from a location on Dam B next to Highway 190. According to Eddins, the man's boat was found tied to a tree on the Tyler County side of the riverbank at the confluence of the Angelina and Neches Rivers, and the man's body was located about 5o yards away in a wooded area. Eddins said that no foul play is suspected, and the death appeared to be from natural causes. However, he said that Tyler County officials were continuing to investigate, and an autopsy was ordered by Tyler County Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace Ken Jobe. Justin Eddins and his brother, Game Warden Roy Eddins, along with the Jasper County Emergency Corps and both Tyler County and Jasper County deputies were all involved in the operation. The name of the man is not yet available.
