Emergency crews in Sabine County responded on Sunday afternoon after a vehicle went off a highway and crashed into a propane tank. It happened on Highway 87, south of Hemphill. Daily News & More is reporting that firefighters from the Six Mile and Pineland Fire Departments arrived to find propane escaping from the tank, but fortunately there was no fire and no reported injuries. The scene was cleared a short time later.
