Disturbance resulted in a woman going to jail on a drug charge

A woman went to jail on a drug charge after Jasper County deputies responded to a disturbance Thursday on Pamela Lane in Brookeland.

A report filed by Sergeant Chris Wade said 35-year-old Layla Marie Hranicky had both methamphetamine and a glass pipe used to smoke the drug.

Hranicky was jailed on charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
