VERNON PARISH, La. (KALB) - The Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in finding a DeRidder man accused of stealing ATVs. James Dean Douglas, 40, is wanted on active theft warrants, according to VPSO. On Jan. 26, Douglas reportedly stole an ATV from Rosepine, according to VPSO Spokesperson Rhonda Jordan. A week later on Feb. 2, Douglas allegedly stole a second ATV from the Evans community. Both ATVs have since been recovered.
