Officials say an elderly couple from San Jacinto County who were reported as missing has now been found. Officials confirmed David McMillan, 83, and Nell McMillan, 76 were located Thursday evening and were in good condition. A Silver Alert was issued earlier in the day for the husband and wife. Thursday evening the sheriff’s office released a statement on the case: “We have confirmed that the missing couple are now home and in good shape. All Alerts have been canceled.” According to the San Jacinto Sheriff’s Office, the couple left their home in the Campbell Acres subdivision on Wednesday to travel to Weatherford, Texas for the holiday. Family members say they did not show up and they had not heard from them. Officials said David McMillian was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease and possible dementia and Nell McMillan is a cancer patient.
