A convicted sex offender who had warrants was arrested by the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday morning.
According to the report, 42-year-old Donald Parker, of Houston, had been staying in the Call Community for about a month, and he had not updated his sex offender registration information.
Parker was arrested for warrants on charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While License Suspended, and also Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Duty to Register.
