Police in Bossier City are investigating the shooting of a child early Thursday.
The scene is in the 5000 block of Honeysuckle Lane. KTBS 3 News has learned that the shooting happened about 3:30 a.m.
Bossier Police Spokeswoman Traci Landry says the wounded child has been taken to an area hospital. There's no word on a condition. There's also no word on what led to the shooting.
