PRICE, Texas (KLTV) - Carlisle ISD stated on Monday evening that a contracted employee has been terminated. According to the district’s statement, a security officer who was employed last year and who they were planning to use in the new school year, as well, was arrested Monday on a warrant out of another county. Because of this, the district says he will no longer be assigned to the district’s campuses at any time, effective immediately. They refrained from sharing the security officer’s name or charge from the other county. We have reached out to Rusk County Sheriff’s Office and Carlisle ISD for further information.
