Two people are dead after a late Thursday night crash in Hardin County. It happened at about 11:30 on Farm to Market Road 92 a few miles north of Silsbee.
Killed in the crash were Riley Ard, of Buna, and Tracyn Brady, of Orangefield, both 18.
The Texas Department of Public Safety says Ard was driving a Honda Accord and was leaving a gas station parking lot when he pulled out in front of and was hit by a tow-truck which was traveling northbound on FM 92.
Ard was pronounced dead at the scene, while Brady died a short time later at St Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
