After hearing the circumstances surrounding the case, Judge Smith set bond on Decorrian Holmes at $500,000.00 and at last word he remained in jail.

Decorrian Holmes is accused of shooting and killing Peyton Holmes on May 1st at a home in the Jamestown Community, following what Sheriff Billy Rowles said was a feud or argument between the two that had apparently been going on for some time.
