The victim in an early Friday morning hit-an-run auto-pedestrian accident has been identified. Beaumont Police say 37-year-old Vanna Lynn Ball, of Nederland, was hit and killed on Highway 347 (Twin City Highway) just off of Highway 69 (Cardinal Drive). Her body was discovered in a grassy area next to the highway. Meanwhile, police are still working to identify the driver and vehicle that hit and killed her.
