Alissa Sandefer remains missing from San Augustine County - February 20, 2024

A teenage girl from San Augustine County is still missing. Alissa Sandefer, 15, has not been seen or heard from since Saturday, February 10th. In the past week there have been organized searches with volunteers in the area where she lives, but they turned up no sign of the girl. She was initially listed as a runaway, however, the San Augustine County Sheriff’s Department updated her status to missing. It was also noted that she is known to frequent the Jasper area. Alissa Sandefer is a white female, she stands 5’04” and weighs 120 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes.
