CORRIGAN, Texas (KTRE) - A teenager has been arrested after police say he made threats against a school campus. On Monday, Detective J. Porter of the Corrigan Police Department was notified by Leggett ISD Chief of Police M. McDuffie of a shooting threat at the Corrigan-Camden campus. The student responsible for the threat was identified as a 15-year-old male. The student was located and immediately removed from class. Det. Porter, with the assistance of Chief McDuffie and the Corrigan-Camden ISD staff, investigated the incident and confirmed the threat. They took the juvenile into custody without incident. No further details are available as the investigation is ongoing. Law enforcement has determined that there are no threats to the school or the public.
