BETHANY, La. - Early Sunday morning, Caddo Parish Patrol deputies responded to a fatal crash in Bethany, Louisiana.
According to police, at 1:35 a.m., deputies responded to a collision between a red truck and an 18-wheeler at the intersection of Louisiana Highway 79 and Buncombe Road.
Deputies say the red truck drifted into oncoming traffic when it struck the 18-wheeler. Caddo Fire District 3 arrived at the scene and pronounced the red truck driver dead.
The 18-wheeler driver was treated for minor injuries on scene and released.
