John Zachery Odom, arrested on charges of driving on roadway laned for traffic, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II-2 counts, possession of controlled dangerous substance in presence of minor, warrant-out of jurisdiction, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. Odom remains in jail.
