Carey Whipley, arrested on charges of possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. Whipley remains in jail.
Alicia Garcia, arrested on charges of DWI-first offense, possession of marijuana, improper lane usage, by Louisiana State Police. Garcia remains in jail.
