Craig Barnett, white male, 22, arrested on charges of DWI-first offense, careless operation, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
Isaac L. Harrell, black male, 22, arrested on charges of speeding, DWI-first offense, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
Donna Sue Alexander, white female, 36, arrested on charges of bench warrant, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. She remains in jail.
