Michael Williams, arrested on charges of cruelty to juvenile, trespassing, remaining after being forbidden, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. Williams remains in jail.
Kevin Lenny Cuttler, arrested on charges of simple assault, by Louisiana State Police. Cuttler remains in jail.
