Charles D. Cullaway, arrested on charges of DWI-Fourth offense, improper lane usage, driving under suspension, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
David Eike, arrested on charges of disturbing the peace, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
