Bruce B. Spence, white male, 32, arrested on charges of warrant, by Rosepine Police Department. He remains in jail.
Pamela Deloach, white female, 42, arrested on charges of DWI-second offense, careless operation, by Louisiana State Police. She remains in jail.
Johnny Walls, white mal,e 37, arrested on charges of disturbing the peace (intoxicated), resisting an officer, entry on or remaining on land or in place where forbidden, resisting a police officer with force or violence, battery of a police officer, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
