Chastity Sylvester, arrested on charges of traffic warrant-5 counts, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Glenn D. Breaux, arrested on charges of unsafe motor vehicle, possession of schedule I, no drivers license on person, DWI-first offense, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
