Zachary Strickland, white male, 25, arrested on charges of DWI-first offense, careless operation, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
Devin W. Elliot, white male, 19, arrested on charges of probation warrant, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
Marvin Bunyard, white male, 59, arrested on charges of first degree rape-6 counts, oral sexual battery-7 counts, by Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office. He remains in jail.
