Boudreaux, arrested on charges of no seat belt, driving on roadway laned for traffic, possession of schedule II, operating vehicle with suspended license, possession of marijuana, reckless operation, resisting an officer, aggravated flight from an officer, by Louisiana State Police. He remains in jail.
